The North Charleston Housing Authority is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Director of Housing Choice Voucher Services.
This position is responsible for the overall operation of the HCV Program and perform various analysis duties ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Short/Long-Term Planning for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program
- Budget Development and Administration
- Fraud control
- Utility allowances
- Rent reasonableness
- Comparability studies
- Landlord Liaison
- Development of the HCV Administrative Plan
This position is located in North Charleston, SC.
Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check, and Reference Check.
