Attention Homeowners/Property Managers

North Charleston Housing Authority (NCHA) is seeking owners and property managers to accept participants on our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and Emergency Housing Voucher Program. This is a federally funded program that provides rental assistance to low-income families. The success of the Section 8 program depends on owners and property managers that maintain decent, safe, and sanitary rental units. Low-income families in our community depend on homeowners like you who are willing to participate in this program.
